Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between StorySong (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Client") in the provision of personalized song creation services.
2. Service Order
An order is binding after completing the order form and paying the deposit.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order for capacity or content reasons.
3. Price and Payment Terms
The service price is determined according to the current price list and selected additional services.
Payment is made in advance through a payment gateway or bank transfer.
4. Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 5 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt. Express delivery is possible by agreement for an additional fee.
5. Copyright
The created song is a copyrighted work. The Client obtains a non-exclusive license for personal use.
Commercial use of the song is only possible after written agreement with the Provider.
6. Complaints
Complaints are possible within 7 days of song delivery. The Provider guarantees one free song revision.
7. Withdrawal from Contract
Due to the personalized nature of the service, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract after the song creation has begun.
8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from January 1, 2025. The Provider reserves the right to change them.
